1. Services

AirCare HVAC ("we", "us") provides residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services, including diagnosis, repair, system installation and replacement, duct cleaning, thermostat installation, and seasonal maintenance. All services are subject to technician availability and service-area coverage. Same-day service is offered when scheduling permits and is not guaranteed for every request.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes are provided after on-site diagnosis and are approved by the customer before any work begins. Prices may vary based on system type, brand, part availability, refrigerant requirements, and the complexity of the work. Any additional work discovered during the job will be communicated and approved by the customer before proceeding.

3. Permits & Regulations

Installations and certain repairs are performed in accordance with applicable codes and refrigerant-handling regulations. Where permits or inspections are required, we will advise the customer, and any associated fees will be included in the approved quote.

4. Warranty

Our workmanship is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of service. Equipment and parts are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, which may require registration and annual maintenance to remain valid. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, power surges, lack of routine maintenance (such as filter changes), unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims require proof of the original service.

5. Appointments & Cancellations

Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge with reasonable advance notice. Missed appointments or cancellations made at the door may be subject to a call-out fee.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to provide safe access to indoor and outdoor units, attics, or crawl spaces as needed, and to disclose any known issues, prior repair attempts, or modifications. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or faults concealed at the time of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including discomfort during outages, food spoilage, loss of use, or lost income.

8. Phone Calls & Communication

By calling the number on this page, you consent to be contacted by us regarding your service request, including by phone or text message. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

9. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to schedule and complete your service (such as your name, phone number, and address). This information is used solely to provide the requested service and is handled with reasonable care and security.
